  Very friendly. Process was quick and easy. I was able to view the unit before buying and was also offered to buy products that I would definitely need for my unit right at the office.

  First impression was amazing.

  Anne was very friendly, informative, and helpful with explaining the policies and benefits of renting with Public Storage. She showed how the locks work, the size and placement of the shed I rented, what the insurance covers and she even recommended a moisture barrier for the floor. She showed me how to set up automatic payments and what the charges on my first installment were for and what they covered.
