  John was awesome!!!? Sandra was a beast between the people in line and the phone every few seconds. John was so helpful and super informed about both products and services offered! Blew my mind. John went above and beyond to assist me and far exceeded my expectations on this holiday eve. Thanks John!!!

  Francine is so amazing! Public storage gives their last tour at 5:30 for new rentals. I called and let her know that I would not be able to make it before 6pm and that I would have any place to store my belonging overnight. She went above and beyond to make sure my move is was seamless. Thanks for staying late for me
