Reservation was not honored at price, and customer service was horrible
I reserved two units online after speaking with a pleasant gentleman at the facility. Later I received a rude call from a woman named Sarah. She was pushy, talked fast, tried to charge me more, and wouldn’t honor my second reservation at the price I reserved it for. When I got there she continued to be rude. She acted as if it was my job to help me out instead of hers. She rushed me through directions and then was rude when I didn’t understand. Then she had attitude when I told her I was under the impression that I had paid for a lock online before finally giving me a lock. The facility looked nice, except my unit had a visible leak. I am willing to work with the space, but only at the price I was quoted. I have screenshots of my reservations and photos of the leak. If someone can help me, my mind might change. But right now, I’m only here because I had a short amount of time to move my storage due to my grandmothers passing and her house being sold. All in all, if I were you I would look elsewhere.
