Great employees but online reservation process not perfect
I have had a number of spaces at this site over the years and have always been treated very well by all staff. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and very competent. Two areas of relatively minor dissatisfaction: 1) When logged into my account as an existing renter and reserving another space, the confirmation screen unambiguously informed me that I was eligible for the 50% off first-month discount, and I was shown a total price. This price was not honored at the office, though, because I was an existing renter. I will also say that the half-price discounts that are offered on the website as internet-only prices displayed in purple Christmas ball ornaments, do not make it clear that the price is only for the first month. I tried checking everywhere on the website, but was unable to ascertain what the deal actually was. I suspected it was a first-month only price though, so wasn't really surprised when I called to ask -- I was just surprised that the screen confirmation was not accurate in terms of my eligibility/non-eligibility for the special. 2) The $22 admin fee for renting an additional space seems a bit excessive. I've been a good customer for more than five years, and not sure why they need $22 for 10(?) minutes of paperwork.
