Very clean and tidy,
It is well lit and very clean. The staff are very nice, courteous and very helpful. I got a good 40% discount for the first 6 months lease and $20 rebate that covers the administration fee. Downside fall is the time but if you plan ahead everything will work out fine. And they can monitor and track down you ever accessed the storage facility.

Seeing is believing
How often do you see things on-line and then get there and find the price is different or a bunch of added charges. Not at I-5 Self Storage. Exactly what they state is what you can expect. I was pleasantly surprised and so was my skeptical husband. I would highly recommend this storage company

Great Facility - Should Have Easier Access to Carts for Transport
I love this place - it is close - the people are nice - the facility is clean. But due to people who do not return keys, they have enacted a policy that you have to walk into the office and request a key for a cart to transport belongings to a storage unit, which becomes a hassle when you go to get a key and the staff is out on the property showing units or taking care of their chores. I made 6 trips in 1 day, so it was a hassle beyond belief. At one point, I waited 20 minutes just to return the key and that is an inconvenience. Other than that - great facility and storage and prices!!!! I probably won't qualify for the Amazon gift card at this point, but for being honest, it would be nice if I did.
