I am taking off one star due to what I would call a training deficiency - when I went to check out the unit, I confirmed pricing and all of the particulars. This establishment uses a different lock than other storage units I have rented - it is a round key and slide-in cylinder. When shown the unit, I walked past literally 30 closed doors - all with locks installed. When I scheduled my use of their free truck (no A/C!) I asked about the lock and was told they supplied it. Fast forward three days later when I went in to sign docs, I was told it would be $13 to buy a lock. Needless to say, at that point I couldn't shop for one to fit as I didn't know I had to supply the lock. This isn't about being cheap - it is about having all the information. There the service broke down. Otherwise everyone was professional, the place is nice and clean and I am comfortable placing my extra stuff there. Grade B

clean and friendly. that staff was accommodating and the storage unit was clean and looked jest as described prior to my arrival. However, they will charge you extra for a lock if you don't bring your own, this extra charge is not included in the advertised price. so bring your own storage lock to save some $$!

Good facility and reasonable rates
Would recommend this facility. Location is nice and away from busy street. Secure and clean, hours are a little constraining, but easy to work around.
