possibly recommend...lack of moving cart availability...

as above...just reserved and moved in...three times ,2 times no carts available....real pain trying to maneuver items thru the maze of halls.

When I rented the unit I was not informed about how difficult it would be to move my belongings into the unit because there is no drive up access

great experience and friendly service

Moved in Sunday the 24th and the person at the desk was really friendly and helpful. She was able to answer questions and help me with my needs. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.
