Would not use this storae facility again
I picked this storage facility because they had a special move in rate. Initially, for weeks, the gate didn't work and didn't close. We received an email & were issued our own personalized code to get in and out of the gate. One night it did not open so I placed a call the following day to the person whose number I was given by "Sparefoot" After hearing the voicemail was full, I called the storage facility and spoke with an employee who told me "how" to use the code. I explained to her that I had been using the code correctly & had done it many times. I also told her that our storage door did not close all the way down on one side and came out of track. She told me she would put in a work order and receive a call back. That was about a month and a half ago & still have received a call back.

Thanks Megan for the review. Although we wish for better reviews, this helps us improve our customer service where we lack. We did recently obtain a new gate for added security. We and our tenants are very excited as it has been a long time coming. With that said we have had our share of hiccups. We have tried to ease the transition by placing a laminated sign next to the new gate with a contact phone number, for any added trouble. My tenants are always free to text or call me anytime. We are a 24 hour facility, and although we do not have an office on site, I always try to answer my phone at all times. Again we are sorry for the inconvenience and the communication gap. -Charity Curtis (Property Manager)
