The first man that I signed up with was very helpful. The facility has a dolly and carts to make the move easier, especially since I am on the second floor. The original unit that I was quoted was not what I expected. This is where the info provided can be improved. The ceiling of the unit quoted to me was a low ceiling. This changed everything for me and I was not able to stick with this unit so it is costing me more money to upgrade to a larger unit to accommodate actual "storage" space. The place is clean and simple. The walls are not finished (I mean painted). It's just finished drywall with sanded white filling in the holes. Still functional, I have just never seen that before. And there are no lights inside the units. Overall, parking is always easy and that is helpful too.
