Monica was the difference
Moving is tough expensive and stressful! By the time I got to the facility is was irritated stressed and on the verge of tears. Between being over charged by the moving company and reserving a unit that was way too small I just wanted it to be over. Thanks to Monica my day got way better she could tell I was stressed offered me refreshments and candy and help me straightened out the small space situation. Even when I was complaining she stayed professional and understanding she was a problem solver not just letting me vent. Although she couldn't do anything about the movers her listening and showing different storage sizes and giving me advice as far as box sizes and explaining how to set up the wardrobe boxes was more than enough. More than anything she gave me the impression that she wanted my experience to get better and for that AAAA will always be my first choice in storage especially during deployments and corporate storage. Overall good experience needed a unit quick for work as I relocated here and was struggling to find a place. Units are clean, and the lady at the desk was so kind and helpful even showed me the unit before I said yes. Really great vacate policy as well probably the best I have come across.
