Poor Customer service
I have rented a unit for six month and had problems with the auto pay. I would get a email stating that my payment did not get through but my bank claimed there had been no record of any transactions. I would have to call the storage company and they would manually run my card without an issue, When I closed the unit I wanted to raise my concern about this issue (it defeats the purpose of having auto pay configured). The person in the office was very rude and was not listening to my concern instead kept saying the payment were denied and there nothing she could do. I was not expecting them to do anything except to look at the issue (possibly with their Credit card clearing house). Instead she kept complaining that I was raising my voice (you would to if you kept being interrupted). She then walked away and refuse to talk to me (GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE)
I would also caution using this facility at night because of the shady characters around the facility. I NEVER USE THIS FACILITY AGAIN - THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER OPTIONS
