Easy access, nice property
The application process and the customer service man , Kevin i believe is his name was very helpful walking me thru the process, and i moved my things in that day. Thanks y ya'll for an easy transition. Would recommend to my friends.

Great Customer service!
They made it so very easy to move in even though we called at the very last minute and had to move-in after hours! Their communication was perfect and we pulled into an emmaculate, well kept facility. Our neighbors in the stall next to us were also very friendly and helpful helping us back in when our back-up camera wouldn't connect. A very stressful day ended well thanks to all involved!

The online setup and getting access at the FreeUp Storage in Waxahachie, Texas was wonderfully convenient. The location is very clean and appears to be comfortably safe. I also appreciate the convenient access hours. Appears to be a good place to do business and for handling your immediate storage needs. Side note: the view at the location, out in the country, is also spectacular! 🌄
