Responsive Personnel Seal The Deal
Gratitude for a person in the office who enabled our habitation. Only 2 days each week does this occur. Be sure you move in on one of those days before showing up with a load. Otherwise it's a prayer and a phone call. Both of which worked when we originally could not seem to get into the front gate.

Gate wouldn't open with code
I gave them a code for me to get in Gate. Arrived and code wouldn't work. Called and got a person that said I would get a call to fix problem. Thirty minutes later I called them back to follow up since I reviewed no call back. Second person gave me code to enter. I still have not received a call to fix my problem for later.
