Professional service
We received professional courteous service, PS is a great place to rent. The store, units, halls, and grounds are very clean. It's a safe well lit place and the staff are ready to service its renters.

TRICKY ELEVATOR
The check in was good but the person failed to mention how the code and the elevator work. It took a good 20 min to figure out that I had 3 min to do the code and press the button in the elevator to reach floor 2.

"Thank you for your reservation" "what reservation?" they say
"Thank you for your reservation" is what the prompt said. My reservation, which was confirmed 24 hours beforehand, was not honored with the ludicrous excuse that an e-booking had taken the space I had RESERVED and shown up to claim on the day of my move. THANKFULLY the staff at this particular location where well-intentioned and helpful, if a little fumbling, and we were eventually offered a different space at the same rate. I don't know if this was human error, a problem specific to e-rentals, or the norm for Public Storage but anyone doing marketing, PR, or management at this company needs to address anything that prevents you from honoring reservations.
