I was told by reservation specialist at my appt that the space I selected would be reserved for me and then come in 1-2 days later and pay for w signed paperwork etc. I come to sign paperwork and the unit I selected was GONE. They gave away....telling me this is their policy. Just tell me upfront and would have secured the unit w paperwork right then and there....just don't lead me on. Good news tho.....after seeing additional units with my criteria, I found a BETTER one...so just know that they do not HOLD anything without complete payment and paperwork first.

Staff friendly - needed more training though
Staff friendly and tried to be efficient, but the manager on site clearly did not train the desk staff on how to do several basic things regarding setting up a new account. Also due to not checking to make sure everything was processed they had to have me make a second trip back in to resign all the documents. The loaner carts, although convenient to have there, could use a bit of maintenance, like tightening the screws & fixing squeaky wheels. Was pleasantly surprised to see how clean the bathroom was maintained.
