Staff was friendly
Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. The storage area was not clean, because people were tossing their trash outside the doors, it eventually was out into the parking lot. It was cleaned up within a week, the staff had to get approval for cleanup which took awhile. A moving company had all 5 trolleys and blocked the door open, had furniture partially in the lobby, in the elevator and on the 2nd floor. It was difficult to maneuver around, they were kind and did give me a trolley, and did move the furniture out of the way, other customers did not. I wish you could fine the people not following the rules, parking in front of the door, using the trolleys for children to play on, throwing their trash outside the door. Maybe a big dumpster would be helpful.

Clean and good security is a priority
Clean and good security is a priority, this place has it... Negative point is that they force you to get insurance for an additional $15 a month, which adds up!

Everything went well and they helped me...
Everything went well and they helped me get the right size for what I needed to store. The only thing I didn't know is you need a reservation to get a unit. It would be much easier if you could walk in and get a unit. Thank goodness Desmond was there. He helped me right away and the experience was wonderful.

Clean and light and open...
I do not like the type of the lock... I believe the different one would be safer. There are NO GARBAGE CAN to be found anywhere on the floor!!! It may sound not important but it is important. But staff is friendly... the storage room was clean.... and I got a really good deal... The Insurance "stinks"... Public Storage in reality, does not give you any insurance at all; You have to buy it and still.. the are not responsible for anything... Entry to the building... much too small and only one. When there are 2-3 U-Haul's... there is no room for you to start unpacking... Why there is only one entry to actual storage building... Inside... the hallways are so narrow that 2 people w/stuff can't pass each other...
