Zero complaints
I needed a unit I could access 24hrs a day due to my work schedule. Not a lot of options for that in the Sacramento area without paying an arm and a leg for it. This place let me move in at like 1am! They have a 24hr kiosk where you talk on the phone with a representative who can see you on the cameras and buzzes you inside a vestibule on the side of the main office. There's a built in computer where you scan your license and autolock mailboxes that hold the unit locks. It was all very high tech and super convenient! Unit was mostly clean, just a bit of dust on the side walls. Nothing a little broom couldn't handle. No signs of bugs beyond a couple little spiders in the corner of the unit. No vermin droppings either and they had rat a poison trap right outside my unit (don't like that it kills them but what else can they do about it?). Would recommend!

Very easy to navigate through the whole process
It's was so easy to get a storage unit had no problem storing my stuff. I especially love the 24 hours service Being able to go in and out at any given time gives a quality of life you can't put a price on I would highly recommend StorQuestExpress to anyone
