Bob and his staff are friendly and helpful. I upgraded to a larger unit from my original reservation. When I checked out the unit and didn't think I wanted one with a vent in the roof, he patiently found me another unit that suited my needs better.

I liked that I could drive up to the door of my unit. Less carrying of my stuff and they even let you use their truck for free! Such a deal.

Storage Unit clearly identified,clean,access to unit was perfect-fantastic!
The storage unit was clean and clearly marked for my arrival with an easy to identify clear tag. The gentleman at the desk cruised by several times upon the moving of my goods into storage--making sure that everything on the move-in was going well. The lanes between the storage units were easy to access, clean, with not a piece of garbage or debris in sight. With the craziness of the move, the last stop coming to the storage facility was the simplest, and easiest part of the day. All of the paperwork, the lock, codes, van accessibility etc., were all done prior to move day and everything slid effortlessly into place upon arrival with no hassles. That in itself was a welcome present to me!!!
