Greatest rental experience ever!
That was truly, for a minor event in my life, the best time I've ever had in anyone's rental or sales office. Kristy was so accommodating and welcoming, gracious and good-humored, that I couldn't believe what was happening. Then her husband showed up and it was good to be in their presence, the two of them, an obviously loving couple whose good energy transmits to whoever comes in the door. They even tried to find me a place closer to my home, which I assume would not have been in their best personal interests fi they'd succeeded. I couldn't have been more pleased. They couldn't have been nicer.

My wife and I thought the front desk team was very polite and patient. Prior to signing our paper work, they were face with two very rude customers and handled the situation with patience and professionalism. They were very friendly and welcoming to my wife and I. We have rented from many storage facilities and this has been the best experience so far.
