I was so grateful to have stumbled across this facility 3 years ago. Being a first time renter, I knew nothing. They walked me through every step of the way figuring the size of storage, the insurance, free truck rental, automatic payments, ways to save money. They are fantastic! Three years later, when it was time to move out, I received the exact same excellent customer service once again. Free truck rental, keys drop off after hours, It was a piece of cake. Now 10 months later, I find myself needing storage again, I jumped on the computer, made my reservation and start date. It was that easy. I look forward to returning to Minu U storage, Goldenwest

Fair,no hidden fees, drive up to your door,no elevators or stairs.
Very helpfukl customer service. Took me in golf cart to see the unit. Then asked me what i thought abkut the unit. And took care of paper work.showed me how to enter the gate with pin number.
