Convenient. Pricey Excellent customer service.
As stated the customer service was excellent. However for nonclimate controlled facility it is pricey and non as clean as the interior unit I rented in Florida.

easy access, well lighted

There seemed to be some water seepage at a back corner. Not climate controlled.
The storage unit was handy and easy to get to. However, since it is not climate-controlled, we were concerned about some apparent seepage and a damp spot in the back corner on one side. Hopefully, there will be no molding.
