  Phone Reservation was fast and easy. Customer service is excellent, agents anticipate your needs and make helpful suggestions. Store attendants are friendly and very professional. Size and pricing along with several locations made it an easy decision and choice.

  Leah is Great!

  Leah, the customer service manager, at my Public Storage facility (700 Victor Street, Austin Texas) went above and beyond in getting me signed in. She even stayed late to help the people in line behind me.
