Very smooth move in experience except I had to reschedule appointment because someone had double booked for that date and time. Facility very clean and nice. But inside the ins for units it is very dark could use more lighting.

I love public storage ??
The only reason I have put 4stars and not 5!! Well for starters I am very grateful and happy with public storage.very convenient locations and nice new clean, green facilities. So it is nerve racking that you have to constantly put codes in to door, elevator over and over and the time's so short for doors to stay open you can't even turn around and load with out the elevator and or door closes then codes all over again and there is no time to do it. Then on another note there is 3 carts 2 are locked up and the other night someone did not return the unlocked one so I was out of luck basically because you can only have access to your floor and I was prepared to go look for it and use the cart but it was not on my floor so yeah bummer. I really appreciate the security measures and all but they need tweeked a little to not be so inconveniencing.and the hand carts really need at least one wheel that you can set a brake on vary unsafe and frustrating. Other than that thank you public storage ??

Misgiving information, a charge for service I don't ask for.
Service was good, a bite of a wait time with only 1 worker, and even though i said I didn't want the (SafeMove) truck rental warranty insurance... But, I was still charged for it when i had to request a 2nd days use Still needing the truck. I gave $100 upfront cash payment, But owed ($36.70 $28.00) Unexpected added charges BIG DEAL BRAKER for giving a good review!!!! I was finding it very difficult to understand why I was being charged after I had given $100 cash payment up front before leaving the uhall truck rental store. I new i would owe for the additional days rental for the truck. But I had not Expected expected to also be charged after returning the truck the SafeMove coverage fee of $28 or how i can get my money back now??? Also, My truck wasn't quite filled all the way up, so i had to spend a little more to fill it up. & I definitely wasn't expecting to pay for the milage Upon returning the truck (since I was under the impression that the mileage had been added Already into the original full upfront price when I spoke before coming in during making my reservation with the store employee that the coats were being included. Yet clearly they were not... When I originally spoke with uhall store employee I simply went off his word of costs. Yet here i find myself charged for the 2nd day truck rental $28. ( and I definitely didn't know that the uhall dally Rental was a $10 rental fee per day as well ).. So, in total when returning the truck back i was charged $28 $36.76 $59.90 (uhall Truck rental a day fee) $20 (uhall dally rental a day fee) - minus the 109.23 I previously had paid Upfront.. I owed = $44.34 (I was only credited $7.41 since the employee didn't seem to know to take cash payments 1st and then tell the customer the remaining owed amount for credit card balance due) I cannot say my whole experience was good. Because of all the miscommunication and added unrequested $28 safe mover coverage fee Charge i paid for. that I never asked to be charged for. and I told the store employee over the phone & in person I didn't want the coverage from the very start of business.... I made sure to repeat myself stating that I did not want the coverage service added to the truck rental. Still it was & i ended up paying before getting my printed out invoice receipt and later the next day going over what I was charged for. I'm out $28 money... Sad
