Easy access and clean unit

It's sad that in store versus online rates and availability and sales prices are not adjusted nor honored. PS does not employ best business practices...regional and district and store managers are horrible in terms of honoring or adjusting situation...this should be a win win situation for all.
Good customer service experience. You do need to purchase a lock for storage ($25) and insurance addition to initial month fee which I was not informed at the time of phone reservation. I was given a $1 rental deal for the initial month so I was alright with these additional fees. The storage spaces are temperature controlled.

Need more flexible hours
There were no units available for the size I wanted so I had to move down a size, so I had to get rid of some furniture that I was hoping to keep. I like the security with pass codes, but it was frustrating to have to punch it in to the door every single time to enter.

The manager and employees at my location are great, but they are hamstrung by terrible corporate policies that nickel and dime the customers. Also there were rodent droppings in my unit
