Record keeping was not accurate. Unit is difficult to get to when it rains--water drainage is TERRIBLE. Lights were not working when at unit last visit. Not impressed.

Please contact our office if you feel something is wrong with the accounting on your unit so we can discuss. I researched and saw we gave you the 1 month free for AAA and don't see any discrepancies on your account. If there is an error, we will be glad to correct it! We had been working on the drainage issue and I'm happy to say the problem has been resolved and you shouldn't have anymore problems.

Spend a little extra, get a lot more.
Rude staff. Was stopped to be open until 6pm but no one was there. Units aren't numbered. Moss and plants growing all over the unit, not to mention it looks like it's going to flood.

I'm sorry you feel that way... I checked our records and someone is always here until 6pm except when the city was flooding. Those days I asked the staff to leave early so they would be safe driving home. Are you sure you're not talking about a Saturday? Our hours are until 5pm on Saturday. Regarding the units not being numbered, we are currently in the process of painting the doors and renumbering them. When it will finally stop raining we will be able to finish all of the doors. Speaking of the rain, I understand your concern about flooding. We have NEVER flooded, even when the city was shut down because of streets flooding. Your always welcome to come by the office during business hours to address any of your concerns.
