A bit old & outdated. Wooden interior units not metal. Customer service was top notch though as the woman at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant

Jason was very courteous, helpful and clear re: rules and regs. However, facility has a flooding issue that needs to be addressed. My unit looked dry but a heavy rainfall could cause water to seep in. Owner should address this soon. Also, latch on unit was not large enough for a standard uhaul discus lock which I had with me. Had to drive to Walmart and buy a lock that would fit. In addition, the rate I received a confirmation for on sparefoot.com @$53.99/month was $6 less than I'm being charged. I was told it was because I had not called in my credit card to the facility. It wasn't clear on the sparefoot site although in the midst of moving I may have missed It in the fine print but it would have been nicer to have it stated under the price quoted. last but not least, I have AAA but it was not mentioned when I checked in and being exhausted with the whole moving process I forgot to mention it. Would be nice if it was mentioned when checking in.
Helen, I am sorry about all the confusion regarding your storage unit. Per the regulations set by AAA with SpareFoot, the agency you used to book a storage unit with us, we are not supposed to talk about the AAA discount unless the customer mentions it first. They also need to supply their AAA ID for proof as well in order to receive the discount. However, because of the confusion, we will be happy to give you a free month of rent in good faith. Weâre also sorry that the lock you brought didnât work on our door. Most standard locks should fit our latches, maybe yours was proprietary? However, we do offer plenty of high quality moving supplies, including locks, in our office as a convenient alternative to have to purchase them elsewhere. We also are aware of the of the potential for flooding and already have plans to address and fix. Sorry that it weighed so heavily in your review considering the other kind words you said about how clean we are and how great Jason served you.
