  Jessica is fantastic at her job and the whole office staff including Samantha and the invisible guy are good-natured and welcoming. Brand new building . Spotless. I hope it stays like it is now. Not a reflection on the location, but the other fees and administration charges mentioned on the site when you are picking your unit include a mandatory insurance fee that doubles the initial $26 payment and gets added to the monthly rent that you get quoted on the site. You will be questioned thoroughly on what you plan to put in your unit.

  Sade and Danielle are amazing. This was my first time renting a storage unit by myself and they took the time to make sure I understood everything and answered all of my millions of questions. They were patient while I read every single word of every single paper and made the whole experience pleasant and even fun! They were super nice and funny and within seconds of the interaction I felt like a friend and not a customer. Any fear or doubts I had were wiped away and I'm confident I made the right decision by choosing them.
