Efficient Move In. Friendly Manager
The facility is brand new, clean and safe. The manager of the facility quickly got back to me after receiving my online reservation. She was professional and friendly. On move-in day the process was easy, clear and super smooth

Secure, clean, modern, accessible, affordable
Everything is great except for the issue if the"required" insurance coverage. That was a cost that was not indicated in the website. The employee was wearing a mask so it was difficult too hear. While in the hallway we were informed that the insurance would be an extra$4 a month. We added $4 to the$95 in our head and verbally agreed that the price was still going to be under$100. When we were back in the office we were informed it was$12/month. The employee denied telling us it was$4 was emphatic that$12 is the lowest insurance but if you have homeowners insurance or renters insurance that covers items outside the home then the$12 is waived. Again if that was started in the website I would have brought that. I felt that it was a hidden cost and not being fourth coming.

Brand new, affordable, and hospitable.
We lucked out finding this place as we had no idea that it had just been built. It is built into a hill so all units are underground and indoor which keeps things cool. Check in process was streamlined and pleasant. Lastly, since they are trying to fill up the units, prices are good until they do so. Thanks SpareFoot!
