Very Nice Experience
My past storage rental facility, Public Storage of Walnut Creek, just kept raising and raising my fees. What was first $271 per month, went to $388 per month, finally ended at $475 per month! Although the onsite manager was very nice and helpful, their facility was easily burglarized on dozens of occasions including my space in Nov. 2018. Now about Storage Quest. They are allowing me to pay 12 months in advance, thereby locking in the rental fee. The manager, Cynthia, was really nice and helpful. My space is slightly more difficult to get to, but the cost and location far outweigh this issue. The parking and loading area are a little small with room for only 8 vehicles at a time. They ask you to get-in and get-out to help with this, which I will always try to do. So far, so good. I am so happy to be done with Public Storage.

Clean and easy
Needing a storage unit has been a stressful time in our lives and this process has been very easy working with StorQuest. The price was fair and I received a call to confirm my reservation right away. The cleanliness of the unit was wonderful. The only thing was the Гўв‚¬ЛњsurpriseГўв‚¬в„ў of needing insurance and having to buy their lock, but maybe that is because this is my first time needing a storage unit.

Nice and clean facility at a good price
The units are clean and the staff was nice. The unit also has an outlet which could be very helpful. Would recommend it for anyone looking to store things in Lafayette
