ease of mind
While I'm away from LA for a 6 month duration in the Bay Area, I don't worry about my possesses in storage. The facility is impressively clean providing music in the hallways with ample space to park for efficiently moving stuff. The staff is wonderfully friendly, professional and thorough. Bit expensive yet worth it.

the check-in was quick and efficient. the price is the best i've found in town. the manager is friendly and answered all my questions. the space itself is clean and secure. i'm very happy i chose to store my belongings there.

Good but having a unit four feet off the ground was utterly impractical and i wouldnt pay to have a lower one because i think having 10' tall units on ground level should be understood. Nobody is going to have a good time heaving 10' tall objects (beds, furniture, etc.) four feet up

The facility was nice but the sales woman deliberately waited until after I had signed my lease to tell me there was no prorating. She threatened to send me to collections if I didnât pay the full monthly amount for four days of storage.
