Bait & switch
Online I reserved a mezzanine locker, which said nothing about "weak" floors. When I arrived I was told the locker I arrived did not have enough floor strength to hold my goods despite ample space- and If I wanted one that would I'd need to upgrade to a walk-in at twice the cost.

Constantly cutting down access hours - Prices still going up
I first started renting from this place about 2 years ago. It was conveniently close, had great access hours and was reasonably priced. Well, in those two years, prices have continued to go up on rent while they cut down on hours that you can access your unit. They've done this with no consultation or consideration (drop in rent) since the service they provide is being cut. Do not recommend, will find another facility.

Unhappy with early and frequent rent increases
I was satisfied with the price and facilities when I moved my stuff in in late June, 2014. I am NOT happy that I have already been given an $11/month rent increase. After 4 months! I am now reading on Yelp that they continually increase the rent on existing customers. I was told by the manager that all customers get rent increases in the first 5 - 9 months. I don't feel that this is an acceptable business practice. Perhaps an increase once a year, but after 4 months? No, I am an unhappy customer who will be looking elsewhere.
