Excellent price and easy move in
Got a great rate for labor day sale. Easy access with app to open the gate. Only downside is no 24h access, else great.

Nikki at the front desk was really helpful, and helped us get the trolley and space. The space itself was clean. There is a 25 upfront admin fee, and a 20 fee to buy their lock (which I think is worth it, since it's a pretty specific type and shape). Offset by the $1 first month promotion. Fees may go up in one month or in seven, but can only go up once a year. So that's okay by me. I'm still a bit paranoid about safety of the place, and will update this review in a few months when we check out.

Rental experience
We had to upgrade size on last minute, so we were scrambling. We ended up paying 2 different storage at the same site. They did not cancelled one we did not used. It was a little harder to deal with because we were in overseas and we were not able to visit the site. We were able to rent the right size but our mover had to wait for one and half hours for me to complete the e-rental process.(no one at the site for 1 hour) Then the elevator was shout down 30 minutes before the mover was finishing. The mover had to go back to the storage to finish up moving.......it was hustle. Now we are dealing cancelling the one storage we never used. The person at the storage site was helping me to complete to rent a new size.
