The unit that was reserved online through Sparefoot was vacated and when I checked the unit the spring was bad. The customer reserved the unit before the unit could be checked and cleaned. I did call the customer as soon as I saw the reservation and explained that the door had a bad spring and I would need to have that repaired. He came and looked at the unit because he really needed one right away. He seen the unit, the broken spring and how hard it is to open until that is replaced. I am sorry, I do not understand the bait and switch as I called the customer as soon as I received the reservation email as I found the broken door that morning and I am full so there were no other options. We pride ourselves in our reputation and I would have loved to have been able to help this gentleman.
