  Super service

  Super service! My family was very well treated when we rented a storage room at this facility in Fort Worth. Both people in the office were helpful, considerate, professional and I feel my belongings will be safe in your storage rooms.

  Friendly and helpful

  Josh was very friendly, helpful, and informative. Making a stressful transition much more bearable. Made sure I understood everything and pointed out a few storage matters I hadn't even considered so that I wouldn't run into any issues after moving my stuff in. Price was relatively affordable as well and would have no problem recommending this location to others.

  I want to thank Lillian, Property Manager, for helping me move out of my unit. She was very understanding and thoughtful about how frustrating it is in moving out. She clearly portrays her main concern is the customer. Public Storage is lucky to have such a conscientious person willing to assist the customer in any situation. I would highly recommend her as a candidate for your "A" property locations. Thanks again, Lillian.
