Clean
Clerk was a little rude when attempting to take a tour of the unit, my husband forgot his mask and was told he could not enter the facility which is understandable but when entering the facility there were other unit renters walking about without masks. Unit is very clean, I would recommend a few extra dollies, had to wait 30 mins before one became available.

My only suggestion would be the closing time of 9:00PM could be extended for people inside the building before 9:00PM. When I am inside the building arranging my stuff in the storage unit, I have to leave at 9:00PM. This leaves little time after a normal work day.

Deceiving
When, I call to get information on what your storage run, they don't give you the all upfront fees. I don't like being deceived like that. You have to purchase your lock and the insurance. Some people are on a budget. I was not prepared for all the extra fees. I, had my own Storage lock.

DO BETTER
1. Your company bugs the crap out of clients with all the contacts and begging for reviews or I would've put more stars. 2. The new Buda Tx facility is hot as hell and humid. I started sweating the minute I walked into the office, all through the facility, until I got outside in the warm Texas day! This does not bode well for climate control and care of my belongings. 3. The builders of this facility have taken over several of the largest units downstairs with building equipment so they aren't available for renting and clients have to haul a house worth of belongings upstairs in an elevator, which costs extra for moving time as well. Stupid. You are losing money! 4. Leave all the upselling and "Must buy" pressuring of customers. It's aggravating. All moves are expensive and we don't need more costs that are really blackmail: must have your locks, and the newest ones, and something to put in the unit to absorb all the moisture!!!! and blankets, boxes, bubble wrap, blah blah blah. ENOUGH. How about being able to rent the unit size I need for a decent rate and leave me alone? There's enough logistics to contend with without this nonsense.
