I just wish it was more sanitary
There was smeared blood on the wall, next to.an elevator for a month and someone threw up in the parking garage. The crusted puddles are still there.

Easy to reserve.
I made a reservation online for a storage unit on a Wednesday for the following Saturday. Someone called me almost immediately to set up a time for me to go in and sign the contract. I made it for the next day, Thursday. I had initially spoke to someone over the phone but it was cheaper if you reserved online. I wasn't told until I had to sign the contract that you are required to add insurance to your rental. They charged $19 for one of their locks. They also charge a $22 administrative fee. The bonus is the $1 first months rent. I wanted to start my contract on Saturday but since I went in on Thursday, that was the day it started and so do the charges. I thought the storage grounds could have been cleaner. There were a lot of leaves around the property and I was told they do sweep. For as much as they charge I think it could be cleaner. I've heard that the storage units get a lot of dust in them.

Clean, cheap and convenient.
Clean, cheap and convenient. I did a walk in visit with my stuff in the truck, and just rented the unit on the same day. Great

Horrible Access Hours
Access hours are horrible! 8 am to 6 pm and you have to be off premises by 5:45 pm. You pretty much can't be in the facility until staff is in the office I would have never gotten the unit at this location if I'd knew that off hand as it is not practical for a person who has a job. Perhaps if the access hours would change, they would have a different type of clientele ones they can trust to be there when they're not around!
