  Secure, high quality storage facility. Everything looks brand new still, and I feel their standards of safety are high. There are sprinklers lining the ceilings, cameras everywhere, and codes required to get in/out of each door and even each use of the elevators. However, the clients that use the facilities leave their garbage everywhere, and there is dirt smeared on the walls and on lockers. The staff should really pay more attention to upkeep of their place, as it would be much better if kept clean. It's sad that the clients are so careless with their nice facility.

  Time management

  It is time consuming when you need a cart to move your stuff and you have to walk to the front to register then get keys to the cart before rolling the cart all the way to the back. There should be carts at the back to use as well as the front. When you plan to spend an hour you spend half the time walking around to get carts when you can use less that time if carts were made available at the back with the same process picking the keys at the front desk.

  As expected

  I got a unit, which is what I wanted. So I can't complain there. The workers seems disorganized and not very knowledgeable or enthusiastic but what can you expect .

  Gate codes never work

  My gate code has worked about once since I got my storage locker there. Please fix it.

  Good but not enough yet; building was still dark when I entered; I had to clap my hands to make noise in order to make the light
