Broken elevator on move-in w no service available
After taking time to complete move-in paperwork several days in advance, when it was time to move into our storage unit, the service elevator stopped working while filled with several of our items. We were able to move some items into our unit before the elevator broke, but after waiting at least an hour (all while our movers were on the clock), the only proposed solution was to move our remaining items into an out-of-service unit temporarily which we did. We now have items in 2 different units in 2 different buildings with several items still stuck in the broken elevator. It is unclear who or how or when we will get all of our items into the same unit since the corporate office is closed on Sunday, so we are in limbo.
