  On a scale of 1-5 stars, Carrie at the Queen Anne Public Storage facility really cranked it up to 11! A situation arose, which in no way was Public Storage's fault, and Carrie worked diligently with me to help get it resolved constructively. She really went the extra mile to help me. Her customer service and friendliness made a real difference, and I would recommend her unhesitatingly to anyone who is looking for a real professional. Thank you so much, Carrie.

  Nice and Simple

  Nice and simple setting up account and getting a unit. Clean place with plenty of parking and lots of space to move your belongings in and out.

  Fast, Easy and Friendly!

  I've used other Public Storege locations, and this one is actually the best! But others were rude, and ill prepared... This one was very efficient and friendly.
