  easy and painless

  Vince was very kind and patient with me as I peppered him with a list of questions about renting storage space (first-timer here!). I opted to go in and he showed me the storage space before i set up my account. Facility looked clean and updated.

  Excellent customer service.

  Excellent customer service, staff is always friendly, and helpful to answer all questions. Makes my storage move-in easy, and hassle free. Would recommend to anyone in need of a secure facility to keep their personal belongings safe.

  Friendly Manager, Losts of costs that rack up upon signing final contract.

  Decent service. Can't argue $50, they make you take out insurance for $15 a month. Currently being renovated, other than that it's decent.

  No stair access, elevators always broke

  Got trapped in elevator 1.5 hrs and then there were no elevators working for the next 3 days and no stair access
