Fantastic customer service, great location near USC
I reserved a small storage unit with US Storage Centers in Vernon, CA, sight unseen, to store school supplies for my child. I couldn't have been more pleased by the service I received (shout-out to Aidan, who did some fantastic trouble-shooting). The cost is reasonable, and the unit was clean. I plan to use them again!

Jose was very helpful. I had trouble with aaa getting the tow truck and he worked with me every step of the way.

It is worth the price!
I've researched plenty of facilities before making my selection. I'm pleased with the price, security, customer service and the cleanliness. I got a 10 x 10 unit which was less than $200 a month and I got the first month for $1. The girls in the office are very sweet and funny. It is always a pleasure to speak with them. There are not a lot of cameras but I like the fact that you need a code to get inside the doors and elevator. It is not a dirty facility, but its kind of "ghetto".
