Clean and secure
Friendly staff. Very helpful to assist you to find the right storage. Place is clean and secure

It was clean, organized and fairly easy to get things unloaded
I waited a few mins to get someone to come to the desk but once they arrived everything went pretty fast. The place is clean, and the elevators were easy to use. The price was ok. I saw better, but I wanted something close to where I was previously living so I just went with it.

Not modern, at all, but it works if you're on a budget
I needed a storage unit, quick. I called and searched for many places, many others were nearly double the price of what I paid for here. I settled with US Storage because of price, the location isn't bad, but it gets ridiculous traffic around rush hour. Customer service was great, I was taken around the building and he patiently waited for me to decided on which of the units he'd shown me, I'd pick. Access to drop off sucks, you will probably have to carry everything by hand. Their ramp is terrible. And the hours are 8-5, not the best either. But overall, I'm pleased.

I received very good service. The Office Staff is very efficient and courteous to the members renting there.
