New customer renting a unit
Ashley was very helpful and thorough when I came in to contract for a unit. I rated it 4 instead of 5 because when I first arrived the office was locked with no one around and no indication as to why. I waited a bit and then drove home and called and was told they had been showing a unit. When I returned everything was handled promptly and professionally.

The staff is so very polite and knowledgeable! They have done a great job explaining the rules, regulations, and their availability to help. Taryn, Manager, was exceptional. The location seems old and tight but not sure what you can do about that...

The unit assigned to me looks as though it has been broken into. It's gasp is 60 percent exposed. As a result, it won't take much encouragement with a screwdriver to open my door. Further, being an end unit, one can simply remove eight to ten sheet metal screws with a nut driver in just a few minutes, and take my belongings throug the wall.

Great Value - Need better hours.
Great value. Moved from a storage unit in Alexandria. Got twice the space for $55 less. This location's hours are 7AM - 7PM. Preferred hours in Alexandria: 6AM - 9PM.

The workers there were helpful but pricing is flawed
The workers there were helpful but it seems like the Public Storage pricing scheme is to nickel and dime guests once they've agreed to rent a unit. A $1 first month payment because $90 immediately after agreeing to rent, including the extra required purchases due to the units not being climate controlled. If I had other options nearby, I would not have gone with Public Storage.
