Rear gate staying open.
I was there yesterday for about an hour and the back gate remained open the entire time. It doesn't make as much sense to have a secure space if anyone can walk in the back gate.

No good parking for vehicles bigger than a van. No easy access for unloading on larger vehicles. It's very clean and secure but unloading is a huge issue especially with the construction taking place all around the facility.
