  Was just only in to check what they had available. Unfortunately they didn't have the unit I needed. They were full. The manager Tammi was so helpful she searched other property's and was able to find me just what I needed. Thanks again Tammi.

  I had the best experience with this facility from start to finish. I did not need my unit very long. When entering I received a warm welcome from Rhonda, who was very helpful and a joy to talk to. I also was treated very well by Tammi who completed my paper work. I would use this facility again in the near future.

  I HIGHLY recommend this property for your storage needs. Rhonda has always been extremely helpful and accommodating for me any my family. She goes WAY beyond the call of duty with our belongings, and is always professional and courteous. I wish there was a way to give more stars, because they have a lot of great people at this Public Storage location. Very clean, secure, great location, and the entire staff is easy to work with.

  Stopped by this Concord property this morning looking for a large storage space. Unfortunately, there weren't any available in the size I needed. However, the woman behind the desk, Rhonda, was more than accommodating and searched nearby properties for me. She was very charismatic and helpful and I am hoping the unit I need will be here be open here soon because the staff here seems excellent!
