  i reserved a unit online

  i reserved a unit online, the instructions stated that i should show up at least 30-minutes before the office closes - the day i was to come i received a telephone call because i had not set up an appointment - there was no instruction to make an appointment - so i rescheduled my day so that i could make/keep an appointment i didn't know i needed other than that everything was great

  Great location and staff. Only complaint is that we couldn't use more than one of the dollies (4 were on sight) and there no other cars/people on sight needing them.
