  Great customer service

  I needed a storage unit quickly, I called the main number, they found me the exact unit I was looking for. I set an appt, walked in, got my unit and I was done in 15 minutes. Great, secure looking facility.

  Deena was fantastic. She helped me get the right sized unit and I got a great deal on it. I was going to get a smaller unit and my things would never have fit in there.

  Prompt Service, clean location and in good condition

  Making reservation online was easy to accomplish and the follow-up confirmation call was a great surprise. The location is very clean and easy to get to. It rained the next day and since i had taken that into account, i worried about my stuff getting wet on the bottom. Don't know if other companies do this, but not only is the driving area on a slant, but the stalls are on solid concrete with a lip that goes above the closed steel curtain. No worries about my stuff! I also love that it's well lit, paved and again, very clean. Of course there is ample security (cameras, etc.).

  I went to several locations before ...

  I went to several locations before finding a suitable unit. All staff was very helpful and worked great as a team.
