Facility needs work. Can't highly recommend.
The facility is under new management since 2013 and there are signs that they still have lots of work to get their units and service up to par. Units sell fast due to low pricing but ultimately, you get what you pay for (don't forget that). My main concern is that not all units are properly cleaned or inspected after people move out. This makes matters worse when units are not cleaned before a customer moves in. In my case I was shown a unit that was not move-in ready, and then had to wait for it to be cleaned. The problem with that is not only the inconvenience of waiting but that it shows poorly on the staff who should be taking care of units immediately before or right after a reservation is made. The last thing you want a customer to see or smell is what's been there for weeks if not months. Management aplogized to me when I experienced something similar and I was then forced to settle for a differen type of unit since the one I reserved was the last of its kind available. They also credited my account for the inconvenience.
The other issue is that the indoor units are accesible via hallway entries that are NOT closed in. This means that rain, snow, and cold air make their way right up to the doors. And since these man-sized doors have a good 3/4 gap under them (no weatherstripping), you can imagine how protected your boxes will be. Granted the staff will shovel the snow during the day, but this won't help 24/7.
My suggestion to those looking to save money by renting here is to consider whether this facility will meet your needs and expectations based on the information above.
