Everyone from the first call to check in was great
We booked it online, everyone was extremely helpful and the staff has been incredibly nice, Only a few months so far but its going great,

The place isnt bad. I've never used a storage unit before so maybe they're all like this but this one had quite a few additional fees. also you're not allowed to store anything over $5000 and I was going to store my motorcycle.

Pricing strategy
When I arrived about noon, the location was closed with a clock thing on the door saying they would be back by 9 (?). After waiting awhile, I left and did a few chores and returned - now they were open. I requested to add a 2nd larger storage as I already had one there already. No problem - they had several available. I asked what the rate for the 10x10 and was told $55/mo - great! I was curious and asked what was the rate I was paying already at their facility for a 5x10 - answer $67. Huh - how come a unit half size 5x10 costs more than a full size 10x10. With a straight face like I was stupid, she sez - well corp sets prices daily - so there. OK - so w t f- so I signed up. So just just up & be happy with the new prices
