Lowest rating for Customer Service
I will begin by saying that my storage unit has in fact been well temperature controlled as well as a safe environment thus far for my belongings. Credit where credit is due.
My low rating is mostly due to poor customer service. I have called your company twice in January, was redirected, and then told I needed to leave a message with the manager of the facility. I understand that the general staff could or not allowed to answer my question. I never received a response from your company manager. It is now February.
This is my concern....... I went to your website to look up the company number and realized you were offering the same unit as mine for half the price. I called to find out why, as a longtime customer, this price was not offered to existing clientele.
It doesn't seem honest in my view. As expected, no return phone call or email was ever received. My disappointment will remain during my tenure at your facility.
